The hotel is conveniently close to the island, Caribbean Sea, and Belize. the room is well-appointed with a private bathroom, coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area, and a writing table. the staff were great and amazingly nice.

Thank you for an incredible stay. The stuff are incredibly nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have a wide array of meals.

We loved the time here and will certainly stay here again. We had a bungalow with a view to sea. Location: the hotel was so close to boats that are n't running top notch, an Island of Placencia and Placencia.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

My room was nice and clean, with a comfy queen size bed and a double bed. I really liked having a bathtub in my own bathroom 🛁.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed with the convenient parking available, as well as the easy transportation options. The hotel's location right by the lobster station and fish cleaning station was a huge plus for us, as we enjoyed fresh seafood during our stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying. Lastly, we cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service and hospitality.

our honeymoon trip to placencia was amazing but our stay at the island resort surpassed all expectations. the staff went above and beyond, the views were breathtaking, and the activities were endless. an absolute paradise.

Boat transportation had issues.

The staff were incredible, going above and beyond. Endless activity options and no bugs. Charmaine, Merary, and Hugo were outstanding. Delicious food with vegan options. Knowledgeable boat captain.

Can't fault anything about it.

The free drinks and beach towels were incredible perks during my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for me, as it was close to the conference center I attended. Another great aspect was the beautiful view from my room, which was truly stunning.

Despite the location being desirable for business travelers, the noise level was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and repetitive.

Everything was ok!

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the beautiful hut with its 360-degree views. The snorkeling, swimming, food, and drinks were all excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The options for activities were endless, and there were no bugs thanks to the constant breezes. It truly exceeded our expectations!
